class=\"post-body\">\n<h1>LGBT+<\/h1>\n<p>Hoopla are constantly working to improve the numbers of LGBT+ people in improv and comedy, following our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hooplaimpro.com\/diversity-and-accessibility-policy.html\">diversity and accessibility policy:<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We always have at least 3 LGBT+ people in our core teaching team.<\/li>\n<li>We have multiple LGBT+ people in our core show teams and house teams.<\/li>\n<li>Our shows are regularly hosted by LGBT+ people.<\/li>\n<li>We regularly put on shows to inspire LGBT+ improvisers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We are currently casting for a new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hooplaimpro.com\/lgbt\">LGBT+ Hoopla House Team<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2><strong><a
