People with a Physical Disability<\/h2>\n

Having a physical disability or using a wheelchair doesn’t have to stop you doing improv.<\/p>\n

All of our improv exercises in courses can be adapted to suit people with different physical abilities. We are improvisers after all so we thrive on being adaptable.<\/p>\n

We have successfully worked with a number of people who use wheelchairs on our courses, and by talking to them worked out a way for them to take part in all games. We’ve also recently had someone who was fully blind taking part in courses and again worked out a solution for them for each exercise and they were able to fully participate.<\/p>\n

We regularly train our teachers on how to fully incorporate people with a physical disability.<\/p>\n

At time of booking please contact us<\/a> to let us know if you have any physical requirements. We will then arrange a chat with you and your teacher so you can discuss how best to run the workshops and exercises, as every person is different. The teacher will then check in with you at the end of class to see if there are any other changes we can make.<\/p>\n

Most of our workshop venues are now wheelchair accessible, please just us contact us<\/a> at time of booking so we can make sure we know your requirements and can double check with the venue in advance.<\/p>\n

Our main show venue is also now wheelchair accessible<\/a> thanks to a stair climber machine to the 1st floor, we also have a list of wheelchair accessibility<\/a> for our other venues.<\/p>\n

People with a Mental Health Condition or Learning Difficulty<\/h2>\n

If you have a mental health condition or learning difficulty please contact us<\/a> at time of booking. We will then arrange a chat with you and your teacher so you can discuss how best to run the workshops and exercises, as every person is different. The teacher will then check in with you at the end of class to see if there are any other changes we can make.<\/p>\n
